Thanks, everyone. Definitely some neglect, but I don't think it was intentional. The homeowner rents this home out and resides in another state since they are in the military. Out of sight, out of mind, maybe? They have a beautiful deck that they want a price on, too, but it needs some work that I'm not licensed to do (replacing rotting boards, etc). I gave them three numbers of people to call here in MD.

Another satisfied customers in the books. Thanks to you guys helping me out with softwash setup questions.
