I agree with patrick , you have been here a very short time, if you are serious and want answers them pay your membership. but to come here asking asking asking and not studing wont work. In order for you to become a certified roof cleaner you are going to have to make 100 post on the premium side. not public side , so save your questions. in the mean time read read read . sorry if I came off stong. but.... once you are where most of us are you will understand...

All I'm going to add is brick does NOT need pressure and if you use too much, you're going to have a bigger problem >:(

David I just had red brick wall this week that need to be cleaned look for pressure washing supply company near you that sales iron stain remover or brightener that is used tanks of tractor trailers depending. I used product called clear pink power from ameritech pressure cleaning supplies. I found that using pump up sprayer works good for me for clear pink stuff.

Oxalic on red clay works very well. Mix 1 cup per gallon of hot water and apply direct,...will sometimes work downstreamed,..but it may take a few applications.

Jeff thank for that information I have red brick had salt and minerial on it 8 years of that nice rock hard white minerials that stuff was pain in my back side.

Chris, that kind of deposits on brick needs more than oxalic,..that needs stronger acids and alot of time to do it. But, I know what you mean,..that stuff gets hard as glass.

Looks like I owe you an apology. Received your check today and your title has been changed and the password to the Premium forum sent. You are the first person in 2 years that actually sent a check when they said they would after finding the info all by themselves. Says a lot about your character.
