If that is not what you were referring to, what I see a lot of people doing is:

- Creating a page on their website and calling it "Industry Links" or "Resources"
- Linking something like "Maryland Roof Cleaning" to the company's web address, for example:

Maryland Roof Cleaning
Roof Cleaning New Jersey
Roof Cleaning Iowa

You would or could do the same thing in return for the other company.
