Need Help with Prices

I need some help and opinions on pricing an apartment complex. I went out to look at one today and the owner needs 10 - 3 story apartment buildings cleaned on one side of roof only. The apartments are only 6 years old and the roofs  are only a little streaked. The roof pitch is too steep to walk and I will have to rent a lift. These are luxury apartment buildings.

 I know prices vary across the country but I just wanted to make sure I'm in the same ball park. This is the first time I have ever given an estimate on something of this size so any help would be appreciated.

Greg, On bigger jobs I try to break things down.  How long will it take to clean one building? How many gallons? Multiply times how many buildings and how much you want to make a day. Add in the lift and you have your price.

Ditto, BUT...keep in mind you don't have travel time between 2-3 jobs, not as much marketing expense, less set-ups/breakdowns, and apply a discount thusly.
