What a day!  I got a lead/referral via a new business arrangement.  I met with the client who lives in a patio home in one of those gated, 55+ golf communities.  The patio home is a tri-plex if there is such a word.

She invited the other two folks that live under the same roof as she does to hear me out.  She also invited one of the folks from the 'tri-plex' next door.

I had quite the audience.  I landed 3 on the spot (one structure) and the lady from next door called me just a little while ago to say she'd spoken with her 'roof mates' and that I had that deal as well.

One 3 mile trip, 6 customers, or two roofs?  It gets better.  The folks in this community are very close knit.  We had a nice 'roll' there last fall.  There's talk of the 'ladies' going to the HOA to have my services presented to the rest of the community.

2011 is going to be a VERY exciting year!  I just wanted to share.
