You need to purchase a domain name to redirect it to your blogspot. http://www.roofcleaningtennessee.com is available. It is $9.99 from Yahoo. When you do the forward it will give you a place for keywords. Also, create another blogspot and label it roofcleaningmemphis.blogspot.com. Make sure to list all zip codes you service as well. Blogspot is a VERY powerful tool...use it well and you'll climb to the top in no time!

I guess I need a list of keywords. I have a domain. midsouthroofsavers.com and .net. But, I do not know how to go forward from there. A friend of mine who develops web sites and iphone apps, told me to switch my hosting from godaddy to another one, buy a template and he will design my site.

I would get a list together of keywords, zip codes, surrounding cities and counties. I would then get a domain that has roof cleaning in it. We have the domain roofcleaningmichigan.com. That is a major referral for us because we find most people search "roof cleaning mi" or "roof cleaning michigan".

You should install a web tracker such as statcounter. It will give you a good idea where your traffic is coming from. Your domain midsouthroofsavers.com is only going to be found if you have the right key words. Otherwise they are strictly going to need to know your business name.

YES, Blogspot is Da Bomb for SEOd, especially since all us roof cleaners have it, and we link to each other!
