I frequent a Chinese Food Place that offers food delivery or take out. I made friends with the 3 delivery drivers, and they are out handing out my business cards with every delivery to a home. I pay straight commission, and it is all based on trust. Now, I do know the owner of the Chinese Restaurant, and helped him with his web site listing. He knows I am non competitive with him, and his delivery guys like it 'cause they make some extra money. I have got 3 roof cleaning jobs so far from this arrangement in the past 2 months. I call it "Sushi Marketing" since the Chinese Food Place don't sell Popcorn. Hey, WTF, it works. I pay 10 percent of the gross, and paid 65.00 for a 650.00 tile roof cleaning. I get 5000 business cards for 100 bucks, and they still have plenty left. I just wanted to share this little tip with everyone, maybe it can work for you ?
I was just thinking last night when we received our Saturday night pizza delivery about looking into sending out coupons or fliers with the delivery drivers. Maybe a "Dinner is on us coupon with purchase of a roof cleaning"

Absolutely! But you have to train your delivery drivers to only hand out cards and fliers to houses, not apartments! Many times these delivery drivers are looking for a way to earn some extra money. It is always best to get permission from the place they work at, first! Offer to clean the roof of the Pizza Place owner first, and show him what an RCIA Roof Cleaner is all about
