Heck, if you lived in my area, I'd just have you do all my work!
I'd get 25% of every $400.00 roof and a $50.00 gas card and not do a thing!
It's really a good spring start up offer! Good thinking!
Of course, here in Florida, there is no startup time and no end! Just work, work, work!
Because of that, there's also a ton of competition, which makes lower pricing necessary part of the time.

sounds like a good idea to me. i've been thinking about referrals, giveaways, coupons, etc. good thinking, let us know how it works out

you should really only do one or the other. This time of year you shouldn't have to do theses huge discounts to get work. There is a guy by me giving away 1000 gift card for shoprite foods. Now i thinks its just a drawing and that his wife is going to win but its a good marketing tool but just not in the first season of the year.
