I heard back from the client today. The deal is ours. And I landed another deal over the phone just a little while ago (It's a good morning in VA).
Since this particular job does involve some very tricky elements, we've partnered with my friend and colleague Blue Ridge Roof Cleaning of Virginia, Brett.
Due to construction on site and the need for virtually no wind as well, it might be a while before we knock this one out. I'll let everyone know how it goes afterwards.
Alright who is gonna be Tarzan and who is gonna be Cheeta? Sorry guys just had to do this! LOL

Since it's located in Clifton, VA. I'd call Ted at American-ProTech to handle it. (Oops, wrong side of the forum). Tarps on the decks & heavy dilution would be my solution. Take your time, trust your surfactant, and keep rinsing it. As a matter of fact, you should rinse it like it would cost you a lot of money if you didn't rinse it enough. After that you should probably rinse it some more.
And the winner is!!!
Oh by the way,,,, What are gutters??? 8 out of 10 homes we do down here have NO gutters and have TONS and TONS of landscaping AND they are Tile Roofs. Try cleaning those every day.
