This is a Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning maintenance job that we performed for a professional building/ plaza in Pinellas Park / Largo Florida. This is a complex that we have been maintaining on a regularly scheduled maintenance program for the past 6 yrs. We normally provide service for them every two years to help keep it looking fresh and inviting.

The service that we provide for them includes: A Non Pressure Roof Cleaning Treatment of all the Tile Roofs on the Buildings. A Soft Wash Exterior Cleaning and mildewciding of the entire complex which includes all exterior walls, facia, soffits etc...followed up with a low pressure rinse. Midewciding and Pressure Washing of all the Concrete Sidewalks, front entrances, back entrances, all the parking bumpers and the entire length of the retaining wall on both sides along Park Blvd. We also mildewcide and Pressure Wash all of their Vinyl Sided Dumpster Corals in the back of the buildings.
