I did the same thing last year and the jack broke and crushed the bones in my foot when the whole trailer came crashing down!! It still hurts daily

While I'm still working on my PhD from the School of Hard Knocks, mistakes are made and on occasion I used to get my fingers in the way of hammers and trailers. I smashed my finger years ago and wasted money going to a doctor. Now I do what he did and drill a few holes in the fingernail. It sounds bad but it's real easy. the Dr. used a heavy gauge needle, I have used fine point razors and even a 1/16" drill. Once you get through the nail bed and release the pressure it will feel better almost instantly and you might even save the nail.

That's the good thing. It punctured a hole in the middle of the finger nail. Blood has been coming from there also. Now I don't have to puncture it with a hot needle. biggrin

I know the nail is a gonner. Don't know how it is going to effect my already bad golf game at Myrtle Beach this Friday. At least now I can use it as an excuse.

One more reason to go with a truck
mounted setup. I was sick of hooking up,
unhitching, hooking up, unhitching......
It got real old. Now I can jump in and go.
With my current setup (not finished yet) I
can have everything out of the bed in 15 min.
if I needed it empty for some reason.

Naaa Gary, I don't have the option of getting a Bionic finger nail. If I did what would I do with it besides maybe picking my nose and being able to flip a booger an extra 20 feet.

Nope normal keyboard. It's the G-15 for gaming.
