Tampa Roof Cleanings Here are some roofs we cleaned in Tampa recently. The weather in Tampa has been cold and overcast the past 2 months, but these roofs cleaned up well anyway. The roof cleaning chemical just works a little slower on a cold, cloudy day.
Thanks for the kind words Ray! Here are some more Tampa Roof Cleaning Pics I haven't posted before. We have a big roof cleaning today down in Sarasota for my son and his truck. Our other roof cleaning truck will be cleaning in the Tampa area today. The weather in the Tampa area will be in the mid 70's today, perfect weather for cleaning roofs.

Glad things are going well, Chris! I really wish it would warm up here...this Michigan weather is getting old!!!

Tampa will have 75 degree weather today Bob, and thank God, we have several roofs to clean. Here in Tampa, we are not used to cold weather. People tend to stay inside, and not think about cleaning their roofs. Many of our roof cleaning customers are not aware that the Algae and Mildew on their roof will make the rest of their home dirty, if not cleaned. The weather here In Tampa is semi tropical, like a jungle. We see Algae so thick on roofs here in Tampa it is like walking on a sponge! I see this roof algae has spread up north too! I remember never seeing it on roofs up north, ever. So, now you guys have a taste of what us roof cleaners in Tampa have dealt with for years!
Apple Roof Cleaning of Tampa Florida did a great job on cleaning the black stains and algae from those roofs. With the temps getting up around 75deg. I'm sure Apple Roof Cleaning will get calls from many more residents in the Tampa Florida area.
Thanks a lot guys! Here are some more Tampa Roof Cleaning Pictures we took the past few months. It is 6 pm in Tampa right now, and both of our roof cleaning trucks are still out. We are busy tomorrow too, going to South Tampa in one trucks, and up to Tampa Palms tomorrow! Roofs are filthy here in Tampa from 2 winters of rain. It usually only rains in Tampa in the summer. Many roofs are in real need of cleaning, so hopefully we will be busy the next few months.

Nice bunch of work Chris! You said "I remember never seeing it on roofs up north, ever." I wondered if it was all in my head!!!! I never saw it up in NY state, where I came from either! I'm further south than you, so if anything, we have even more algae growth! My only problem is, all I have to work are a load of small towns. For instance, Port Charlotte is 13 miles down the road from me and it's population is under 50,000 Englewood is where I actually live and that's under 20,000 Not a giant customer base! Chuck

Even cleaning roofs in Tampa, it took us awhile to get established. I was always told, "Do one thing, and do it well, and people will find you". My uncle has a Pizza Place with Pizza baked in pans with Olive Oil in real, brick ovens. He has people standing in line, yet his product is double the cost of a junk Pizza in Tampa. We are a long established roof cleaning company here in Tampa. Most of our customers are repeat customers, or referrals from the same. Today, I wrote 5 roof cleaning jobs, only one was a shopper. 3 were repeat customers, one was a referral from a Tampa Roofing Contractor, and I sold the one elderly lady who was all confused about roof cleaning. She is a widow up in North Tampa on a fixed income. I asked her why she chose us over the 3 other Tampa Roof Cleaners she called. She told me she clicked on the Roof Cleaning Institute Badge on our website, saw the 50 thousand posts, and figured I knew what I was doing. And she also told me that my telling her "I will treat you like my own Mother" was very meaningful to her too. I am 56, and my Mom is 81 years old. I meant what I said too! Though we are the guys who clean many of the roofs of multi million dollar homes in Tampa, this widows modest shingle roof is every bit as important to us. My Grandma was widowed, but she was proud of the modest house Grandpa left her. That's what's so cool about the roof cleaning business, you get the chance to bring joy into another persons life. Though I have cleaned so many roofs I have lost count, I still live for that happy customer that calls me back to thank me for making their roof look like new again. Here are a few more Tampa Roof Cleaning Pictures I might as well post here. LOL, my Son emptied his cell phone FULL of roof cleaning pictures taken over the last few months into my computer.
Thanks Tom! I met a girl here who talks about Put In Bay. Of course, we have Tampa Bay down here. We clean plenty of roofs that are right on Tampa Bay, some that are 2 story homes basically up on stilts to protect against flooding. That makes them in effect a 3 story roof, and also provides a great view of Tampa Bay. I have cleaned roofs and watched Manatee's play. There are not a whole lot of Manatee's left in Tampa Bay. They are an air breathing mammal, and move very slowly. Many times the drunk boaters in Tampa Bay run them over with their propellors. They are too slow to get out of the way. I once was cleaning a roof, and saw it happen! If I would have had my gun, I would have done my best to put that boat to the bottom of Tampa Bay!
It is going to be 75 today here in Tampa. I am taking a MUCH needed day away from the office. We have enough work today to keep our 2 roof cleaning trucks busy. We split the Tampa area into 2 sections. One truck cleans roofs in one section, the other one cleans in the other. Only my Son is allowed to clean tile roofs for us. Cleaning slippery and fragile tile roofs is a job best left to our best roof cleaner, my Son Jamie. Here are some more roof cleaning pictures Tom.
