Should Read: Included the barely modified water broom and or surface cleaner running over 1,000 psi which is guaranteed to knock no less than 30% of your granules into the front yard.

I notice your system comes with a 13hp pressure washer. Is this used as part of the roof cleaning process? That seems like it may put out excessive pressure. Can you please clarify? Also what roof cleaning chemical is included in this system?

It's sodium percarbonate, sodium carbonate, an additive to help it work in cold water and possibly sodium hydroxide flakes.
This is why it must be rinsed/flooded off the roof.
They can say how safe the system is all they want.

If you spray that solution on a roof it does not kill the algae or remove the stains.
It does however make it easier to rinse off the roof.
There are several companies that are doing this and the average pressure used is 800 psi.
Remember that a surface cleaner requires 1,000 psi to spin and work correctly.

I saw one up close it was using 2504 tips in the surface cleaner.
AT 3500 psi you do the math.

I can clean a shingle roof with 45 psi and it'll be clean in 2 hours and I can rinse it with the same pressure.
So can any of the RCIA guys who use the appropriate standards.

And the RCIA doesn't charge $4800, lol!
