Bob that's a really nice card. What software are you using to create the layout. I'm using Microsoft Publisher but can't reproduce the way you have yours laid out. I agree about removing the 20% off. I only get into discounting now if I have a neighbor also booking at the same time or sometimes I'll throw in a free driveway cleaning to close the deal.

We use Adobe Photoshop CS & Illustrator for all our marketing material. It is much more advanced than Microsoft Publisher but it is well worth learning. As far as the 20% Off and other discounts go; we find it to be pretty effective. Generally we just give a fair across the board price and if we are hit with a coupon we honor it. Just a part of doing business.
