My google page rank is still 0 out of 10, but if I search "Roof Cleaning 21114" or "Roof Cleaning Severna Park, MD" or "Roof Cleaning Company in Maryland" I am coming up on the first page. I restructured all of my title tags, headers, meta descriptions and keywords. Added a blog portion to my website, as well as a separate blog (roofcleanmd.com). Then I searched for several dofollow blogs, read them and posted meaningful replies. It helps if they use commentluv or keywordluv. In addition to that, I tried to link with other companies, but I've only successfully gotten links to 2 different companies.

I'm thinking the most meaningful was the combination of restructuring to the pages and posting on other blogs.

I'm not sold on the google PPC thing, but that is only because I never click on them myself.

     I did a search through Google using Ninja Cloak and here are the results I got. You are definitely on the first page. It will get you calls.

The search terms I used were "roof cleaning company in Maryland"

  Good job Phil.  I've been leaving a ton of comments on blogs.  How many have you done?  I just noticed one of my comments to a blog made the first page.

Chris, thanks for trying to fix up my signature. Would it be possible to change my user name or is that a royal PITA for you guys? It's not a big deal if we can't, I didn't know squat about SEO last year, hence my boring name.

Tom, I comment several times per week on different blogs that I like, but it all depends on how busy I am during the week. Since I still work a full time day job, time is limited sometimes.

Man, I can't thank you guys enough on the RCIA. After all of the reading and information I got from this fourm, my pages are hitting the 1st page, organic, and my Google Places page is finally getting there, too. Ive gotten 3 calls from people searching and finding me online and I can only imagine there will be much more when the weather breaks. It feels good to know that we're moving in the right direction and getting seen this year.
