Thank you guys for all your hard work, and what you are doing for this industry. With what RCIA is doing, and becoming, this will be THE place that has a certification that will stand for something, and will make a big difference as to who a home owner or business will choose to do the work for them. I see this certification being as important as certifications that builders, plumbers, and others in the service industry strive to achieve.
