ask the s/f of the house, devide that by 2 and (x) your square ft price. if its walkable you will be good, if you must use a rope (to stand up) hopefully everybody uses one for saftey and reg's) add 50$, if you gotta get a stick lift add $250 per day.
I think the vet's will agree some you will break even but most you will have a fair proffit, just rember even breaking even is EXCELLENT advertisment and experince, pics pics pics.

I hope this is not the way your bidding roofs, you have to figure the pitch! plus you have to add for the attached garage if there is one

William. Where do you come up with this?
Let's say I have read your expert advice and now I can bid a home.
2000 sf home divided by 2 = 1000 sf. X .?? per sf. This home could have 3500 to 4500sf. Counting overhang, pitch, porches and carport.
