I'm an x-jetter. I used to downstream early on, wasn't impressed. I also didn't have 12.5% back then. I will be trying downstreaming again this summer. Maybe it will make me an ex-jetter.
Tom,..what was the issue(s) you had with downstreaming? The strength of the mix is an easy hurdle,.was there anytthing other than that?
Jeff
Jeff, It was 10 years ago. I don't think I used strong enough chems. I also didn't like waiting for the the soap to come and leave. I definately do plan on giving it a shot this summer. Next time I'm near PressureTek I'll stop in and bother Bob. Are there different downstreamers? What do you guys reccomend?

Jeff, Good explanation. I definately see the advantage to not dragging a 5er of soap and having to stop midway to mix up more chems. I did just buy 2 x-jets from Bob last fall.

You are lucky to be so close to Bob up there in Cleveland! It would be kind of cool if you went there one day, and took pictures to post on RCIA. Most of us, including me, have never met Bob.
