I started a general LLC information sheet and will add to it in the coming days.  More will be added that explains the pros and cons of DBA vs LLC.  This is not legal advise, just information, each person or company should do more research if they want to go this route.  The attached papers are generic forms for starting an LLC they are in MS Word RTF files.  You can download and input your own information.  Each state has different requirements and they need to be followed. 

Also included is IRS form 8832 as a PDF file this also needs to be filled out with your paperwork.

Started this as there appeared to be some interest about the process on the radio program from Sunday night.
