OK Folks, my "Recon Mission" was a success. Golf Course looked Awesome!! It is only 15mins from the Hotel. O Yea Hotel......Very Cool!! Jacuzzi, Pool, Lazy River... The Whole "She-Bang" This looks to be a Fun RT.

A lot of Contractors have asked about info on SEO. Celeste is trying to get a "SEO Guru" to come in.

If we have to, we could always have "Breakout Sessions" in one of the 4 bedroom suites later with a Contractor who has some SEO experience. There will probably be a few of these after the "Official RT" is over. That way if there are still questions after the RT, we can "Pile Up" in a room and get more in depth in the topic. 1 room would have "Roof Cleaners" to help Contractors with questions, another room could be for "Marketing" and so on.

We have negotiated a discounted rate for the hotel :) When you call to make your reservation (1-800-552-8509) be certain to ask for Brenda (9-5, M-F) to reserve your room and tell her that you would like the rate for the PWNC.

They have given us a 30% discount.......example of a rate for a 1BR suite for Fri/Sat night is $157.40 including tax. These suites come with either a King or two doubles and there is also a bed in the living room area (I do believe these are in the wall!) so theoretically, 3 could share a room or bring your family! The discount will also apply to larger condos if they are available!
