You may be right,don't get me wrong I just am trying to grasp it.......If I make my mix with 12.5 % at a 50/50 mix Ill give you the sh is now 6% ? But my mix is not 50/50, so lets say my mix takes 3% off leaving me 9.5% strength. Lets say you mix only takes 2% off leaving you at 4% or even 5%. So what I am thinking even at 6% full strength no cutting on your bleach...is that strong enough? I don't know....I mean am I figuring it right or am I way off?
