This  home in Tallahassee florida is a prime example of how a roof cleaning can impact the market value of a home. This property is being listed for sale next week.   Having the roof professionally cleaned can add thousands in market vlaue through improved curb appeal and also help to avoid issues with the home inspection.  I would estimate the age of this roof at 6-8 years old, but the GM infestation made it look much older, dated and worn.  A simple cleaning brought out the natural color of the shingles and made the roof look new again!

Finally back amongst the living after the flu then pneumonia. Felt great to be back up on a ladder after a two week absence!  Had to sit in the truck and watch my guys clean earlier in the week, that KILLS me!

This was a case of no streaks, no spots, just all over color change. I find that a great deal under heavy oak canopies.
