Its not 4 wheel. With a v6 it chirps easily. In the snow Im flat out stuck.

I grew up in Rhode Island. Moved here to Florida in 1990. I feel your pain.  Throw on a pot of coffee and ride it out. Thats about all ya can do.

Actually there is a lot of money in removing that snow from the roofs. We were able to clean in 34F a couple weeks ago. Just talked to a guy from Kentucky that cleaned his first roof ever in 34F, he has 10 of them on a commercial property. He is not using the green wash or accelerate, he just decided nothing would stop him. Maybe there is a lesson there for some?? He is making $$12,000 cleaning his first roofs ever in 30+- degrees, so instead of creating negative concepts Clyde, maybe you should follow his example.

Wow thats cool Bill! I'da gone for it too, washin a roof in 30 degree temps. The phone just stopped ringing for that. We did beat last years record by a couple of days washing roofs.

Yeppers, but after 20yrs I've been able to grow some pretty strong roots. Me NO likey Cold Weather No More....  I like being able to run around in my  all year long.  

 

Heck around here when temps drop below 40 deg residential work slows way down, people just don't think about getting things cleaned around here when temps drop, sucks for me. I have had 3 phone calls today asking if we plowed snow for seasonal work, of course I don't but sure gets the brain thinking though about next year. One of them was one of my old customer looking to have a parking lot done, it holds up to 200 cars he said.  I am thinking darn if I had a 4 wheel drive with a plow on the front, chick ching money signs.

I'm looking into something right now. Can be done in the winter, pays better than gutter cleans or dryer vents. Its a cleaning service.
