Hello everyone. I have a roofing and remodeling company and am also an attorney licensed here in Arkansas. I grew up working for my dad building a few houses, doing remodeling work, painting, etc. My dad then got into roofing and I worked for him up on the roofs for about a year and a half my last year of college and the year in between college and law school. I went to law school primarily because of the roofing. Ha! Practiced law for about 8 years in Little Rock then came back home to take over the business from my dad.
Began noticing all the dirty roofs up here and last fall started researching how to clean them. Spent many hours in the past couple of weeks reading here. Joined yesterday and also joined on the website. Trying to figure out how to become a paid member. If someone can help, I would be grateful. Looking forward to cleaning my first roof as soon as it warms up. I am working on a logo and website, etc. Haven't put together a cleaning rig yet and looking forward to doing that, as well. Trying to figure out if I want to put the rig in a trailer or on a truck. I think I filled out my signature but in case I didn't:
For most of my adult life I have been and still am a camera installer. I work for a company out of Baltimore , MD. I am a field rep. My primary duties is installing the on board camera systems in most of the auto racing venues to include Nascar, American Lemans, Grand Am just to mention a few. I had my roof cleaned 25 years ago and saw how easy it was and decided to do so part time. Today, I still continue working with BSI as a field Rep. and also oversee 3 locations of my roof cleaning business. I too have added to my resume a EMMY AWARD won in 2005 for "Best Remote Camera Shot 2005 Daytona 500......
If your heart is in it and you provide a quality service. Roof Cleaning can be very lucrative!!
