I also have an All-Flo,..and it did stall through the coarse of a 2-3 day period. But that was it,..I took Larrys information about WD-40 and it solved the issue.
I also removed the inline desiccant filter,..and it seemed to pump in a smoother manner. Whether that also had an effect on the stalling isn't definite,..as I did both things at the same time. But,..either way the pump has worked flawlessly since then. I do open the air inlet line and give a shot of WD-40 about once a week.

Perhaps that what they mean about a "self lubricating air valve" huh ?
I love all the great information here. But sometimes it is as clear as mud! lol.
I have gone with and am still using a 'fat boy' system. Should I be looking into the Air driven pumps or Chris's new mystery pump? What would the advantage be?
The mystery pump is a few months off, but I am quite sure it will change the standard for roof cleaning pumps. People laughed when I told everyone about air diapraghm pumps years ago, but they are pretty much standard equipment for many roof cleaners now. Ray up in Tallahassee Florida uses an electric pump some SWEAR by, you may want to try one until I get done torturing the mystery pump. Most of them Tallahassee Boys use this pump, with good luck.
