HAVING PROBLEMS FIGURING OUT HOW TO PRICE THE JOB ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOME PLEASE. NEW TO BEING A BUISNESS HERE IN NAPLES FL. IVE DONE THIS TYPE OF ROOF CLEANING IN THE PAST BUT FOR SOMEONE ELSE THE GUY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUISNESS. DONT KNOW HOW TO PRICE DIFFERENT TYPES SHINGLE,BARREL TILE, ETC.PLEASE HELP.

Welcome Justin, The first thing you need to do is figure your cost of doing business.  This includes things like insurance, supplies, help, Equipment, fuel, workers comp and so forth.  After you figure out all these cost you'll have a better idea what you need to charge.

It is a MISTAKE when starting out to price yourself way less then  your competitors.
Find the roof cleaning companies in your area that have been around for awhile, see what they are charging, and copy their prices.

great advice Chris,  I think new Roof Cleaning Companies tend to lower their prices to get jobs, then all of a sudden your getting alot of work but your still not paying the bills, Lowballers don't understand this.  If all roof cleaners stayed at the same price it would be great.

LOL, I always tell new roof cleaners, if you want to Copy a roof cleaning business, Copy a successful one! In almost 20 years doing roof cleaning, I have seen the price cutters come and go. Copy the prices of the ones who have survived for 3 years or more.
