In most the color is dyed into the concrete not painted or glazed on top. They're more pourus than other tiles.
As you can see from this photo they will hold onto soap if you use to much, which we did here, but I had almost 0 run off... so, to each they're own choice I guess.
The soap rinses off.
I rinsed this section and adjusted my mix a little for the rest of the roof.

Clyde, it's a naturual concrete Tile Roof. Just spray it as you would any other Roof. Most of those take at least 2 coats and you may find that bumping up to a 60/40 mix or even a 50/50 mix ratio will work faster. We do them all the time.
Those lt grey natural Tile Roofs will leave a bit of an egg shell color when finished. This is just dead mold residue and will rinse off in the rain.
I'm about 99% positive that they are manufactured by Monier Lifetile and the style is the Saxony.
Good eyes!!
We don't run into these, but Larry and Matt do them a lot. It would make sense that they may be a little brown or orange, like ground concrete would be after spraying the love without rinsing or pressure washing.
Watch those gutterless houses and plants down there bro!!
