I'm sure by now you have read about ALL the problems that were encountered in the member packet arena. Your post seems to blame RCIA for what has happened, That is not fair . The company that was handleing this has not been paid $.01 yet due to the very bad service. We have FIRED them and are currently looking for a new company, and also a member to step up and take over this part of the RCIA. Are you available to help out with this? Let me know. Gary
Gary if you need me to help I will be glad too. I am blaming RCIA for not following up and allowing this to drag on as long as it has. Truth is regaurdless of the proplem it's the fault of the decision makers. How are people going to feel in the future when you ask for money and offer something in return. I think every person who paid should be contacted by phone and if they have not received their package then it should be hand delivered to THE post office and mailed regaurdless of cost to RCIA. How many customers would put up with this kind of service? None! But why be concerned you already have our money. I won't go on with this because I'm disappointed. All we have heard are your excuses about what a mess it was and how much trouble it was .After your other post I expected this from you. If the job is to big then step down. A very special thanks to Mike Sullivan who without being asked e-mailed me a copy of the certificate to put on my website. He has always gone out of his way to help others. Gary I have nothing against you personally but you seem to be the contact guy. The one responsible.

I hear a lot of peolple hammering on Gary. If you want his job, then take it. But, have the decency to just say it. After two knee surgeries, one eye surgery and another scheduled, I think he's doing a DAMN fine job!!. I deal with vendors all the time. Roofing suppliers, Tshirt companies, Advertising companies and more. None are reliable. I just explain to my customers to be patient, just like Gary has, and they are cool with it. If they are not, then I don't do the job. bc they will continue to be PROBLEMS.
I haven't got mine either, but I knew there was problems and I'm perfectly willing to wait. I do understand that this is bound to aggravate some people. I have to say, if I just had two knee surgeries, one eye surgery and another scheduled, I would have a hard time giving a sh&% about these packages. Gary has not taken that attitude. I think it can't be helped. I do think, from talking with Gary on the Talkshoe radio show, that RCIA is leaving too much of the workload in his hands. maybe those in positions with authority can divi out his work and give him a break? Chuck

It is not a Gary Problem. This is not his website!!! Make no mistake about it. RCIA is responsible! Its just that Gary is the only one backlashing to all the disappointed paying members. Just because you receive poor service do you accept it and offer the same poor service to your customers?
I don't even LIKE Gary. He's from Kentucky & never once has he sent me any bourbon. That's just not friendly. It's not his fault that the vendor that we went with sucked. " The sting of poor quality remains long after the thrill of a low price." We picked the wrong vendor. Ships happen. I did get my package today though so that'll have to work 'till I get my bourbon.

"Ships happen" I must be tired, because I found this to be pretty funny! Speaking of funny. When I was born I was so ugly, my mother wouldn't even breast feed me! She said "We'll just be friends"

THANKS to all that came to my defense. It is enlightening to have people understand some of the problems we encounter on a daily basis. Sometimes this position turns into a real chore that is thankless, pays NOYHING, and provides ridicule from some. Maybe between my theraphy sessions and return trips to the doctors, I could get the person who is NOW handling this to send the materials to me and I could personally deliver them to the post office for shipment. Hell. I might as well pay the postage myself as my penance for bad behavior ( yeas right---BS) And yes, anyone that would like the keys to this "cadilliac", please send me your contact info, and it is yours. I might like to try the other side of the fence for awhile. Gary

Sorry about the lack of bourbon. I was just about ready to cook off another batch when all my health problems started. As soon as my eyes get to the point where I can distinguish between the cooking kettle and the urinial, I'll cook you up a "special" batch. Be watching for its arrivial. Gary

OK, Great!! I'm really glad that you have volunteered to help out. We really need some help with the New member fulfillment operation. Steve Babcock from verticial lift is presently handling this, but needs some help. The program I was using to keep track of new members info crashed a couple of days ago, so I will do a post in the premium section and ask any new members since 1-01-11 to send their info to you so you can log it and forward to Steve for fulfillment. Could you also telephone each new member and update them on the latest procedure? I really appreciate your help in this regard. Welcome to the team. Gary
No wonder things are screwed up. Is this what you call Leadership or Delegaion or Training? I have not had a single thing to to with this process and you are just dumping them to my box. My response is. I have received your information. I have no idea what I am suppose to do with it. I have never spoken to Vertical Lift and have no idea what his role is.

Did you not volunteer to help out, or were you just blowing smoke? Very simple process. People send you their info via PM. You compile it into a list and forward it to Steve Babcock at Vertical Lift Services. He is the person who also volunteered to try and get all the member packs delivered. When Steve gets your list he will make sure all have been taken care of. Now, are you helping out or crawfishing? Gary
Thanks, For your concern for the members and finally your clear instructions. My computer also recently crashed so I have hand written all info until I knew how to respond. Gary you are a cancer to this forum and the people it represents. I had no clear instructions. I don't crawfish or do I take crap from a want to be like your self. Whats more troublesome is this place is becoming rotten from the inside out, because of your type of attitude and someone like me who only wants people to receive what was promised. What is more troubling the moderators allow this to continue. My advice would be to a new member would be pay a hundred dollars only if you think you are missing out on information and don't wont anything in return. That would make it better since this part of it is so unorganized. Until I figure out how to forward messages I will mail the names to responsible party.
