Here's some pictures of a vinyl siding clean I did in Cape May County. I threw post card's in this neighborhood about a week before they contacted me. They said they never heard of "soft wash" and where a little unsure. The homeowners just wanted the siding cleaned. I threw in the concrete clean on the front walk and porch. They where very happy with the job and said they would call me in the spring for the roof clean.

are you going back to do the roof?

what are the white spots on the concrete from the after pictures?

The vinyl looks great, nice work.  I havent cleaned any vinyl yet but want to get into it for next season.

They didnt want me to do the roof. They said they would call me in the spring. I told them it would be cheaper for me to now while I was there but they wouldn't bite.

The white spots. Its soap mixed in with the SH.

Nice job on the vinyl, The garage doors must of been a pain since it looks like the paint was bubble a little from the moister content be hind it.

Hint... Keep far away from Pressure washing aluminum.....

It's cool guys we moved the thread and changed the header. I had Mike here for spray training and he thought that RCIA certification was included. It was not. He is not on the list of certified cleaners. I am sure however that he will have no problem obtaining a certification when they become available again and that he can do a great job as he was hand trained in the field by me.

Mike give us some more roof pics here in the general picture area. We want to see those shiny clean surfaces in NJ.

Sorry Gentlemen,

I misunderstood what the certification included when I worked with Bill and the RCIA membership. They where worth it, great investment and will pay me back 10 fold. I cant say enough great thing about all the things Ive learned over the last 4 month. Although it's true Ivan I have only posted 14 or so posts in that time. I am on here reading constantly. I will make it a point to try to comment on everything.

I'm not on the Certified Cleaners ......... But I will be soon !

This is a great old thread for two reasons. 1, the roof top md is no longer in business and shows what will happen if you under cut your competitors everyday and low price is your only selling point. 2, don't use low price as your selling points, you need to show the value of your service.
