Barrel tile roof cleaning Lakes of Parkway, Katy TX

This is a roof we cleaned on Tuesday November 23rd in Katy TX. I typically donmt post pictures of barrel tile roofs anymore because ive posted so many, but this one came out especially nice. The multi color of the tiles looks amazing.

This client actually tried to pressure wash it himself using a zero tip on the back side with no luck.

This particular job took around 3 hours and now their roof looks new again and we provided them with a 5 year warranty at no extra cost.

As my guys got started cleaning this roof I noticed about 6 houses down there was another truck with a ladder/stabilizer so I walked down to see who this new competition was. It turned out to be Marcus of katy memorial power washing. It is VERY rare to run across another roof cleaning contractor in Houston, and even more rare in the exclusive neighborhoods like we were in. Thanks Marcus for showing me some electrical upgrades!!

I was just minding my own business watering plants while my helper was cleaning the roof and here comes some dude walking in the back yard...  I new it was not the owner and then I realized it was Scott Davis.  Boy was I surprised.  The last person I expected to see that day.  The first & probably last time we will probably bump into each other on a job site.  Small world, but big city, Houston Texas.  It was nice finally getting to see AC's fine rig.  Good job AC!

i come across the same exact type of roofs. in naples sorta new to owning my own no pressure buissness having a hard time making a decision on a price structure. any suggestions would be appriciated.especially on differant types of roofs shingle,tile,metal,and even differant story buildings. sorry if being to aggressive.need some advice.

Scott did you walk on that tile roof or did you shoot it from the ladders?

That roof was walked. But not by me. The guy in the second picture closest to the camera is my spray tech.
