I ordered some from Russ today for a steep commerical job that I have coming up. Is there any visible residue left behind prior to a good rain? I don't want to mis-set the clients expectations.
We used it today on a roof cleaning in Westfield NJ and are very happy with the results. We used half the recommended dose and had great cling and very little run off on a 7/12 roof. Thanks Russ
Rodney, here's the freight breakdown to your zip code, residential delivery:
1 - 17.58 2 - 20.67 3 - 25.98 4 - 31.19
5er - 35.85
So, yeah, getting 1 gallon at a time is costly. At a 4 gallon quantity, you're only paying $7.80 / gallon shipping. For a 5 gallon pail, not only do you get $1.00 off per gallon, but the shipping is only $7.17 / gallon.

Just bought a 5 of Talon from Russ, I personally think its as good if not better than ammonyx Lo. most of all it was easy to get, I just ordered it online.
I was excited to order my 10 gallons of snot (I like the name). Until I got to the end of the ordering process. Shipping doubled the price plus $12 bucks. I guess its better than $280 a gallon for SH . Ahh California.
I have used 10g of it in the last 6 weeks, results have been good. I have been mixing about 10g more that I more need for the roof job and add in about 40g of H2O and your have a good house wash mix, dirt and algae fall off of siding and the real bad stuff "black" just needs a light brush. We try to get 350 and up for a house wash. We did a landscaper's house the other day where he had plants right up against the siding, few leaf burns, but all came out great. Dial you roof ratio down and cut your snot by 50% and the siding will look like you painted it. 7-10% is plenty of sh for vinyl siding cleaning.
Going to try a rinse aid next week, just to see if it helps.
baking soap for deck and stucco wash makes a difference for us.
