Well I got the certificate last year showing a member for 2011. I want one that says 2012, and I am not able to do it. I thought we wanted to show we the elite? I need the certificate to put under the customers nose.........

 I agree we need it, just don't know who has the ability to do it. The guy that was doing it got pissed because he thought he should be a lifetime member for free and refused to pay. So now he is a guest and pizzed off.
