That is awesome! do you have to be a Premium member to purchase or just a member for a discount?

Anyone (Member or Guest) can purchase, but the info you need to know is in the Premium Members forum. (wink, wink). Most likely the savings on this will be greated than the members fee.

so their is a difference in Member and Premium member and if so what?

It was decided to change "paid membership" to "Premium membership" for several reasons. It has a better sound to it is one reason.
