They probably have security guards for those that are staying the night AND considering bringing their rigs. I can call to confirm if anyone would like me to? This place is in a very nice part of town, and close to a police station as well FWIW.
Brett / Blue Ridge Roof Cleaning confirmed/negotiated $99 room rates for the night which is unheard of for the area in general, but especially a hotel of this caliber. That's a heck of a deal..
Here's the most recent list of attendees. Sadly Phil has had to cancel.

The hotel has valet parking so I would bet there is no issue with vehicles. I would guess that some cars that park in their lots cost as much as some rigs.
Also, this place is way outside of the beltway(495) when thinking of DC.
I'm about 85% sure that I can go(I coach a lot of basketball this time of the year), I also would love to help in any way I can. Who is staying and will have a couple with me?? Anyone want to ride down together(I want my own room)? I will bring some stuff and tell all I know. (Not much?) I'm looking to learn more about roof cleaning and have fun. Some topics for me would be. 1. How to keep employees 2. How to get management companies to love you. 3. What is up with the new chemical that will save plants 4. Why should I get AC to look at my company 5. How to make money in the winter to keep my guys working and happy 6. What to pay employees 7. How to save on taxes 8. Why should I get AC to look at my company 9. What protective equipment to purchase 10. Are the EAGLES going to win a super bowl

I made changes as soon as I got home! My voice greeting is one, a lil long. from there!
#4 and #8! Wow Brian I can see where your mind has been!!!!
I see now you are going into the wilderness, great we can talk. Also it looks like my kid is going to Shippensburg for business next year, that is a tuff area for residential work. All farm land.
I gave myself Saturday off so I will be attending. My wife doesn't seem interested so I'll most likely be flying solo. This is my venture, not hers, so I understand her thinking it's gonna be a snooze fest but if I can figure out how to make it more interesting to her she'll probably change her mind. Any ideas?

Send Ted, American-Pro Tech a PM. He lives there. Maybe he can help with making it interesting.
Come on, what woman wouldn't want to sit at a table with mostly men talking (in depth) about valves, psi, electric vs. air pumps, santoprene vs. kynar, etc? lol. I don't, that's why I look forward to talking about business practices, the RCIA, and how we can all increase our revenue by helping one another. That, I can sink my teeth into. Besides, the food looks amazing and I cannot wait to put faces to names.
