Anyone starting a new business takes a risk.   Chances are that if you start a new small business you have a 1 in 10 chance of making it a success.....And that was before we got into this economy.  If you are looking at going into the roof cleaning business you are in the right place and will improve your chances of success  exponentially.  Take what you learn here, have a positive attitude and market yourself as a professional and you can make a good living!

Phone is ringing here! and I haven't really addvertize as I should, I'm sure phone is ringing for other roof cleaning fellas in NJ too!

we can't blame RCIA if we are getting more competition now . with tecnology, free information is wild open for any one who is interesting on the business!

how you handle your business and  your customers sets  you apart from competition or low ballers! I have customers that trust us so much that if I say the color of their house will look better on pink they will paint it pink! that is the kind of customer base GIVING TREE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE is building .

I agree! If you have the attitude and desire you can make it happen. I've no equipment yet, but my eyes are burning from so much reading..I've been reading and learning from you guys for weeks. I ordered my Business cards and got a cheap website from vista print and also I have to bid my first commercial job this week, and 11 bldg apt complex. I hope I get it. Can anyone point me to the right equipment to push mix up to a 3story bldg roof? will a fatboy pump do the job? or should I go all-flow? I searched for this info but couldn't find anything about it..

Thanks to all of you in advance!!

PS. as soon as I get my first job $ I'm becoming a member for sure! God bless you all!

All we use is 12 volt Fatboys and have no problems.  Although I would like to try an all-Flo just to see how it works.
