It's kind of like a conversation I had today with a fellow member here. People complain all the time about the 12V pumps not lasting long etc etc, do they ever actually sit down though and realize that the same $225.00 pump can easily make you $25,000.00???? Chit, just the ability to post, and have a signature link from a top rated roof cleaning page is worth the 100 dollars alone. We have guys getting WORK just from posting here. I WISH I had a forum like this, when I was starting out.

I wanted to parrot what Chris said here. I am not a new roof cleaner, but I've been cleaning roofs the RCIA way for over 10 years now. My former employer knew nothing about the RCIA, and I the time I did not either.  However,when I began exploring the options to open my own company last November, I found the RCIA and it has helped me immensely.

Facts:
1) The RCIA has opened my eyes to new tools, supplies, and methods I did not know of previously.  What I was doing in my PRE-RCIA days was working fine, but I'm better, more efficient now.  Areas of Knowledge include:
1) technical issues
b) Marketing
c) safety
d) equipment

2) I have met a stable of professionals which whom I can share ideas, and referrals with.

3) I have a ready made place to come to to get answers, or at least pose questions/thoughts to issues that may face me in a day to day business.

4) Finally, AND MOST IMPORTANLY....the RCIA brings me business, I can count of at least direct 5 jobs I have gotten due to my postings on the RCIA. Consumers have read about my business here and have met me on the forum.  This is not some intangible beneift. Conumers have ready my POSTS HERE AND CALLED ME. Cut and dry, no wondering where the business came from.

ALSO, My postings here have made a severely positive impact to my google /search engine rankings and I am in the Google 7 pack in all categories in my local area in FLORIDA after only 8 months of association with the RCIA. There no telling how many jobs the RCIA has impacted me indirectly in getting by helping me with the Search Engine Rankings. I am a new company, I have no referral network, or advertising presence. Its all new business to me, and every $ and every job counts.

Above and beyond all the "intangible" benefits of how the RCIA helps, the simple fact is that it BRINGS ME BUISINESS!  That alone is worth 20 times the the price of admission.

I hope new members will come and join me at the RCIA, if you choose not to do so, that is your loss, not mine!
