That's probably what I was doing wrong with my pump from TS. Waiting to rinse at the end of the day and sometimes skipping till the next if I got in late.

I have a fat boy that I have been using for over a year, cleaned 106 roofs so far with it, and it has only been washed out twice in its life. And it still works and shoots as good as it did day one. Maybe I'm just lucky, or set it up the correct way in the beginning. Gary
It's from TS? does it have to correct components to handle what you are doing? I wash mine out with 5 after each as well, and 10 at the end of the day.
Dwayne I got a high flow from TS a couple months back and it didn't hold up. So I just purchased the Fatboy from PSW. Hope its not to much to wiring it up. Me and electricity don't got well together. I got the heck shocked out of me one time just screwing in a light bulb. LOL

I wonder if vinegar & water would neutralize the sh in the pump? We use it to neutralize floor stripper.
Mike, We use a Delavan 5850 - 60 psi and we have shot over 200 roofs with 2 coats and we do not rinse it out. We do have 2 new ones in a box ready to go, just in case.
BTW we also use the same pump to transfer all the chemicals.
