Roof cleaning in Charlottesville... Homeowner Association discounts!

I am considering offering Homeowner associations in our area a discount on referring our services. Any of you guys do this? If so what would be a fair percentage?

Mike,

We did a "any home" $300.00 one month black streaks only special and they posted it on their HOA web site. We ended up spraying about 10 homes. The picture below is one of the homes.

Mike - I just got super lucky today re an HOA.  I cleaned my own HOA's 'presidents' roof today.  (He's not the president this year, but he might as well be the president EVERY year.  Long story.)  Anyway, I casually mentioned that I'd like to clean the roof on the club house this spring, gratis.  And that if the board wanted to mention it in the newsletter, that'd be very gracious.  He agreed to it.  I have that to look forward to.  But just today, he sent the email below to the subdivision's email alias.  I have some other ideas about HOAs.  Let's brainstorm on the trout stream in January?  We can then report back to the RCIA crew.

 

Bridlewood] Roof Cleaning Recommendation

I had my roof cleaned today by Ted Saunders of American ProTech (571-250-9650). He uses a bucket truck and sprays the roof with a chemical that removes the dark algae spots that are on many of the Bridlewood roofs. The roof looks great now. I encourage Bridlewood homeowners to use this service if you have dark spots on your roof. It makes your home and the neighborhood look better.
