I imagine with an empty tank, two guys could lift it in and out.

Yea, and the guy at the LA State Police said that Louisiana was one of the most strict states on this.  I guess too many theives down here, so they had to get tougher.

Im thinking about going ahead and buying a new axle..  other than that everything else is simply scrap iron anyway.  So as long as I have that receipt for the new axle, I should be able to get it passed.

This is exactly what I was looking for.

Some other guy had something similar.. but used some yellow nylon straps..  and maybe even had a 55 gallon poly drum..

I have 150' foot of kuritec, a 65 tank and a 55 gallon drum.. with a fat boy..

Would love to locate one of those poly pallets for sure.
