I've only just scanned through it. the book was written by 2 people. a power washer whose been on the board at the pwna, and the lady used to write for cleaner times.
There are checklists in here, pricing, marketing, SEO. Roundtable knowledge.
Not that 20 dollar book, that just lets you know "I already knew all that"!
A long time ago, I bought a book by Tony Robbins. A co worker had just bought it and told me how great it was. Both of us reading it and discussing the subjecs in it we gained a greater learning experience.
I think this is a book like that.
Power washing and roof cleaning is basicaly the same animal with lowballers lurking around, etc.
I anticipate a good experience. I look forward to reading it with others here at the RCIA and dicussing the topics in the paid forum?
After geting started on chapter 2, I now understand how I was turned from an unhappy customer to a happy one!!! Selling for them now!!! So far, this book is what I need, where I'm at.
EDIT: Get the book! Be glad you in the paid section!

I've read the book and recomend it. I read several business " how tos a year and this one is specific to out indusrty and does have soem real useable info.
I like the book, too, but the first batch had a ton of typos in it. Allison said they have fixed it on the second batch of books. Maybe I'm just a freak about that kind of stuff, but the book has a ton of good info in it.
