Hello,

As you all know, I am the Sales Representative for FloridaWash. I am a recent hire and a new member of this site.

When I first took on a job in this business I had thought.. "Just another job..makes the money..pays the bills.." However, I have come to realize just how wrong I was.

I have had the opportunity to go out on the field and watch many roof cleanings in progress. I have sat down with Dwayne on many long nights and have discussed how the process works, the chemicals used, the up's and down's of this line of work, etc.

The more that I observe, the more that I learn..the more this type of business is exciting to me! I am trying to take in as much as I can and learn all that I can because somewhere along these last few months..I have become an addict! My life has forever changed to where I can't even drive on the road without looking at each and every house for the "black streaks" lol. And don't even get me started on how I seem to jump out of my seat when I found a "reallll goood one" =)

Being as that I was in the U.S Air Force for 4 years and my job was a Tactical Aircraft Maintainer on the F-15 Fighter Jet.. I was the only female mechanic out of a squadron of around 45 guys or so. Working in a male dominated career field can be rather stressful and most women can't take the toughness. I never thought that after I separated I would ever find a job that was as tight knit of a family, as interesting, or even the joys of being around so many hard working people who were as dedicated to or loved the job so much. 

Well, let me be the first to say that I was wrong lol. I have come to truly enjoy EVERYTHING that has to do with roof cleaning. From how easy and fun this career is, to how much everyone shows their interest and the closeness that this website brings to all.

I hope I can continue with this for a very long time, and I will be the first to say.. If somehow something better came along and knocked this business out and there weren't any money in this career field.. I would honestly do it anyways!


I can't wait to see what the future holds and I am so excited for the future Conventions that will be held and I can't wait to be a part of it all!!
