Hello Phil; Hope things are getting better in your finiancial picture. Several of the premium members know of you and your contributions to RCIA through informative and inteligent posts that you have made on the forum. We are always pleased to have a person of your caliber join and assist us in our effort to build RCIA into the model we have designed.
With the holiday season rapidly approaching and your admission of your finiancial hardship, these members have decided to send you a early present. The fee for Premium membership has been paid by these individuals for you to become on of us. Welcome.
The premium members forum is on the home page, about halfway down, right before the certified directory. The password for entry is as follows 1125mem25 Please keep it secure and out of public view.
There is a lot of good info in there, which if used properly, should assist you in expanding and developing your business to a more profitable level.
Good luck and if you need anything or have questions, we are all here to help a brother in our organization.
Happy holidays and have a GREAT New Year. Gary Treasurer---RCIA

Folks, If I'm getting to be overbearing, please tell me to back off. My intentions are good.
Would the Board please consider, for guest members who have brought value and otherwise good to the RCIA, yet are currently under financial duress, either an exemption of the $100 fee for this year (and this year only) *or* extending a 'credit' of sorts, allowing Premium Membership until such time that the member is able to pay?
Please see the following thread - the gentlemen is struggling to keep is home.
He intends to join when he has the means. I recall seeing another RCIA 'guest' member or two in financial hardship as well.
As an aside, I do not target nor market the great state of Maryland (where he resides) despite the state line being very close to me. (There are PLENTY of good, RCIA roof cleaning companies there already, trust me.) However; should I land another deal in Northern VA this year as the season winds down, I'll offer the closed deal - no strings nor commissions requested, to the gentleman in hopes that he and his family get back on their feet soon, and keep their home. Might I ask my Maryland RCIA colleagues to consider the same?
Together, we truly can take the RCIA to a whole new level, in many ways....
Submitted respectfully for your consideration,
Ted
If Phil wants to I will give him one month free phone support or a one day Base Camp, for his business, marketing and equipment needs. Gratis....
Wow, I can't thank you guys enough. I cannot wait to give back to the RCIA as soon as we can. My wife and I did hit a huge rough patch this year with a new house that we purchased. In a nutshell, the property taxes were misjudged and our mortgage went up about $300 per month after they were reassessed. Ontop of that, we had some substancial lawyer fees to pay in a custody battle for our stepson and we are just praying that 2011 goes much smoother.
I've said it many times and I'd say it a million more times, RCIA has a great, great group of people and I appreciate all of the information and the members that pulled together for me to become a member of the RCIA.
Thanks, everyone, you all are great, great, great people. I just got through this thread (sorry for chiming in so late) since I've been super busy over the weekend with another full time job and one roof cleaning and I'm just in shock at how generous you all have been.
Chris, Chris, and Kim, and everyone else, thank you very much. It means a lot to me to be a part of this group, a brotherhood, so to speak. I do hope that those that covered for me will allow me to pick up part of their member dues next time for being so generous. As soon as it is possible, I will be giving back to the RCIA because without the information I have learned here, I probably would have already lost our home and would not have been able to stay afloat. The extra knowledge I have learned on the RCIA forum for techniques, cleaning mixes, equipment, marketing, and customer service has been priceless and allowed me to pick up extra work to build a solid foundation in this cleaning business and support my family much better than would be possible otherwise.
Thank you all.
Phil Rogers

To the Board and Moderators - much like titles were altered to replace the word paid with premium, might I suggest that the name of the Premium Member section on the main index also be changed?

If he did, then they wouldn't be secrets anymore There may be something coming this winter when he's a guest on the "Gary & Jerry" Radio show. Be patient. Gary
Boy, Great minds think alike. That is exactly what I had in mind in the PM I sent you. Would you be available for the December show? Get everybody in the right mood for Santa's visit. Gary
