Yesterday we did our fifth roof cleaning of this year in the small subdivision of Hasting's Run in historic Manassas VA. This homeowner posed a question about roof algae during his recent HOA meeting. He tells us that he had a number of folks highly recommend us right there on the spot. When I started to explain details of processes etc over the phone, he politely stopped me, and said that the recommendations had made all of that moot. All he wanted was to know how much, and when we could do it
His quote was worked up right then and there via the phone thanks to Bing Maps birds eye view, Google Maps, and Zillow.Com.
I wish more neighborhoods had the pride of ownership that the Hastings Run folks do. We've met a lot of great people there.

Charles - I can often reach everything on the north side from the bucket, but the small ranch in the pics looks deceiving. There's a little bump out on the right side of the home that had to be shot from the ground or from a ladder. I used a ladder, since I wanted to hit the far side of the gable from that side anyway.
Here are my favorite pics from Hastings Run, and probably one of my favorites in general. I thought I'd posted these previously but did a quick scan of my Manassas posts and didn't see them..
