all of the soffit is nasty and the decks and driveways need cleaned she was just worried about the roof i tried to show her pics of before and after but she didnt want to see them she is just trying to get stuff for free come to find out my aunt knows her and said that is how she is she also has a pipe flange that is cracked and will be leaking in a few years if not sooner but you cant talk to her. i stayed calm cool and collectedwith her but some people you just cant please not even if you pay her to clean her roof lol im over it tho we do 90 plus roof replacements a year and you cant let the bad apples bring you down

Never oversell. ALWAYS under promise and over deliver. You can never go wrong with this approach. With my company, we always try to give a little something extra - 'gratis'. Always. And we make the client aware of it 'cause often, if you don't tell them, they don't know.'
We had two big jobs today and 'gave away' services on both. We also up sold on both and had very happy clients. Everyone wins. There are some potential customers that I purposely overbid - stay away from obvious trouble. My 3 cents.
