she said the roof wasnt dirty from the start and that it didnt need done. if it didnt need done she wouldnt have called me lol

yes i should her the pic before and after and she is the one that called me to clean the roof. she said the neighbor told her it didnt need cleaned but i found out he replaced his roof cause the apperance from the algea instead of getting it cleaned so maybe he is just jealous cause i saved her some money but if you look at the pic you could tell it was all over the roof lol

The picture that looks like you did a small area or demo first should be enough to let her know she needed the roof cleaned.

Ok correct me if I'm wrong, but...

It appears by the pictures that the solution ran over the gutters and under to the soffits and yellowed them.

I can also see some areas that look, well I don't know..."dingy?"

Was this before a good rinse?

I deal with the pickiest bunch out there so I have been trained to have a very critical eye. Maybe the shingles are clean but she was complaining about something else?

The soffits on the left hand side... That's almost certainly from the mix.

i see what you are saying but they look pretty evenly spaced out just and observation.

I believe they are the vented portions of the soffit. It definately looks like something was seeping from them. If the fascia wasn't tucked under the drip edge properly anything that comes down the roof will make those stains including rain.
