House Wash mix?

When I used an X-Jet, I used 3 Gallons SH, the rest was water and soap in the X-jet bucket. If I am using a Fatboy pump, what should the strength of my mix be? I know 70/30 is too strong with SH and Water, but I don't know what an acceptable ratio is for house washing? I remember seeing someone mentioning it here before, but couldn't find it in the search?

Doh, just found the post that I was referring to. 5% was what I read in there for softwashing. If anyone house searches house wash mix, maybe this will come up so they can see?
