Well, technically I'm in Massachusetts. But Nantucket is actually off the coast of cape cod. It'd still be faster (and cheaper) to get to New Jersey! And I'm still working on my certification. Try checking the front page of the forum for certified operators. They are listed by state. There's none in Massachusetts, I know that much.

Beware of who you want to train. Those guys are from TPW Management Company in Vermont. They merged with Guardian Property Management here in Delaware. I cleaned the owner of Guardian Property Management’s roof here in Delaware, her name is Susan Jimenez. She was trying to pump me for info on the process and what was involved so she could have her worker do all there roof cleaning. The only thing I told her was about RCIA and that was to much. Now we have them from Vermont wanting to get trained. Guardian Property Management is trying to manage communities from Vermont to Maryland. If you teach them you will be cutting your own throat.
