How'd you find him? From a customer standpoint you have a unique advantage that could possibly help us all out with marketing. Did you just google roof cleaning and he popped up or what?

Also, if you don't mind me asking, approximately how many squares your roof is? I have a feeling that his price is going to come in somewhere around .08 to .10 cents a foot?

Chris I am at 2300 sq ft living space. 500 for the garage. I have a 7/12 pitch. Looks like he was around 12.5 cents. I found him on google search. He was the first or second that popped up. I searched for Houston Roof Cleaning.

If that's your living space then your roof sq footage is far more with a 7/12. So in all actuality he was indeed at approximately .09 cents a foot plus on top of cleaning it he sprayed Spray and Forget on it after the fact to act as a "preventative"

That's ridiculous pricing in my opinion. We should all work together to keep a better pricing structure and not low ball everyone because of a lack of sales skills.
