I just completed a roof cleaning in a neighborhood that the HOA was mandating that all homeowners that had dirty/stained roofs had to have their roofs cleaned.  In talking with the homeowner after I had completed the job he stated that he had another company give him an estimate of $175 to clean his roof.  When asked why he went with Charlotte Roof Cleaning he stated that I seemed to be more knowledgable regarding the proper way to clean a roof, and that through the information that I gave him he knew that you should not use a presure-washer to clean a roof.  It seems the $175 estimate this "Roof Cleaning Company" gave this homeowner was to pressure wash the stains off the roof.  I got the job to clean the roof for a little over $500.  I use the information that I have learned from being a member of the RCIA each day I clean roofs or sell roof cleaning.  THANKS RCIA!!!
