Lol it was definitely hot!! I am vigilant about wearing sunscreen, sunglasses and hats. I'm very nervous about getting cancer so I'm extra careful. No funky tan here!! Lol

Dont want to overstep privacy, but do you care to share how much revenue that job was?  It might be good for newbies to see what going commercial can do for their business???

Usually those jobs are less $$ than new guys think. They can be good profit or all lost profit from simple mistakes. (such as ruining car rag tops...OUCH!)

Thanks Bill. They are definately less than most guys think, but nothing to snub your nose at. We actually make the same amount per day doing apartments as we do residential, its just much nicer to have it gauranteed and in one place. Know what I mean?
